New Zealand - Creatonic offers free shipping in New Zealand for all orders over $80 NZD. For orders under $80 NZD, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6 NZD nationwide, and $10 NZD for rural.

Australia - Creatonic offers free shipping to Australia for all orders over $120 AUD. For orders under $120 AUD, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 AUD to Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched by our team you will receive email confirmation with tracking information.

Returns Policy

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products with seals intact. We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with seals still intact, and returned in their original packaging.

Please ensure your packing slip is included in the box so we can clearly identify your return. Please also ensure that the return is well protected, in the original packaging. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and protection will not be accepted. Once we receive your returned order, we can process a refund for the product back to the original payment method.
